Initial public offer of upto 19,05,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Silky Overseas Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 161 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 151 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 30.68 crores ("The Issue"). The issue includes a reservation of upto 3,13,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 5.05 will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
