Initial public offering of upto 18,50,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each Equity Shares of Nexxus Petro Industries Limited "Nexxus" or <The Company or <the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 105 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 95 per equity share) issue price aggregating to Rs. 19.43 crores the Issue of which 93,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.98 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker market maker reservation portion. The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 17,56,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 105 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 18.45 crores "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.62% and 25.28% of the post issue paidup equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each and the issue price is 10.5 times of the face value.
