Initial public offer of up to 30,01,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Akiko Global Services Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 77 per equity share aggregating up to Rs. 23.11 crores of which up to 1,50,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for aggregating to Rs. 1.16 will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 28,51,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 77 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 21.95 is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.87% and 26.47% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 each and the issue price is Rs. 77.
