Initial public offering of up to 33,12,800* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 165 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 155 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 54.66 crores ("Issue"). This issue includes a reservation of up to 1,66,400 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 2.75 crores (constituting up to 5.02% of the issue size of the company) for subscription by market maker ("Market <Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue shall constitute 26.32% and 25.00%, respectively, of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
