Initial public offer of upto 57,84,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Shyam Dhani Industries Limited ("the Company" or "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. This issue includes a reservation of up to 2,80,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.
