Initial public offer of up to 10,890,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Valiant Laboratories Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 140 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 130 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 152.46 crores ("Issue").
