Initial public offer of 57,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Nupur Recyclers Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 60/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 50/- per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 34.20 crores ('Issue") of which 3,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 60/- per equity share aggregating Rs. 1.80 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 54,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 60/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 32.40 crores is hereinafter refered to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.40% and 25.96%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each and the issue price of Rs. 60/- is 6 times of the face value. Bids cans be made for a minimum of 2000 equity and in multiple of 2000 shares thereafter.
