Initial public offering of 14,598,540 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 137 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 127 per equity share) (the "Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 200.00 crores (The "Offer"). The offer would constitute 26.17%, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of equity shares is Rs. 10 each. The offer price is 13.7 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 100 equity shares and in multiples of 100 equity shares thereafter.
