Initial public offering of 88,23,530* equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 68 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 58 per equity share) (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 60.00 crores ("Issue"). The issue shall constitute 26.10% of the fully diluted post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. * Subject to finalisation of the basis of allotment The Issue Price is Rs. 68 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
