Initial public offering of upto 76,95,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 163 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 153 per equity share) (The "Issue Price"), aggregating upto Rs. 125.43 crores ("Issue"). The issue constitutes 25.03% of the fully diluted post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each. The issue price and the anchor investor allocation price is 16.30 times the value of the equity shares. Bids cans be made for a minimum of 90 equity and in multiple of 90 shares thereafter.
