Public issue of upto 34,05,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (ôequity sharesö) of Ahlada Engineers Limited ("ahlada", "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 150/- per equity share ("issue price") including share premium of Rs. 140/- per equity share aggregating upto Rs. 51.08 Crores* ("the issue"), of which upto 1,71,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for a price of Rs. 150/- per equity share, aggregating upto Rs. 2.57 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of upto 32,34,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 150/- per equity share aggregating upto Rs. 48.51 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.35% and 25.03%, respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs.10/- each. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each and the issue price of Rs. 150/- is 15.00 times of the face value.
