Initial public issue of up to 85,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each of Hariom Pipe Industries Limited ("The Company" or "The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 153 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 143 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 130.05* crores ("The Issue"). The issue will constitute 33.36% of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. *Subject of finalisation of basis of allotment The face value of equity shares is Rs. 10 each.
