Public issue of 30,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each fully paid up of Godha Cabcon & Insulation Limited ("Godha" or "GCIL" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 33 per equity share (the "issue price") (including share premium of Rs. 23 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 9.90 Crores (the "issue"). The issue comprises of 1,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 33 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 0.528 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 28,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 33 per equity share, aggregating up to Rs. 9.37 is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.03% and 25.59% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Issue Price: Rs.33 per equity share. The face value of the equity shares is Rs.10 each and the issue price of Rs.33 is 3.3 times of the face value.
