Initial Public Offering of up to 17,142,856 equity shares of face value Rs.10 each ("equity shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 350 per equity share including a premium of Rs. 340 per equity share ("offer price"), aggregating to Rs. 600 Crores ("offer"). The offer comprises a fresh issue of up to 6,857,142 equity shares aggregating Rs. 240 Crores (fresh issue") and an offer for sale of 10,285,714 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 360 Crores by the selling shareholders being the promoters, including to 5,142,857 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 180 Crores by Sandipkumar Gupta and 5,142,857 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 180 Crores by Rajdipkumar Gupta ("offer for sale"). The offer shall constitute 30.15 % of the fully diluted post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The Floor price Rs.350 and is 35 times of the face value of the equity shares.
