Initial Public Offer of 41,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Ice Make Refrigeration Limited (the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 57.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 47.00 per equity share (the "issue price"), agreegating to Rs. 23.71 Crores (the "issue") of which 2,08,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 57.00 per equity share agreegating to Rs. 1.19 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. 39,52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 57 per equity share, agreegating to Rs. 22.52 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.54 % and 25.22 %, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of equity shares of Rs.10 each. The issue price is Rs.57 and is 5.7 times the face value of the equity shares.
