Public offer of 6,065,009 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Indian Energy exchange Limited (the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 1650 per equity share, through an offer for sale by the persons listed in annexure a (the "selling shareholders"), aggregating to Rs. 1000.73 Crores (the "offer").
