Initial Public offering of 16,000,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each ("Equity shares") of Capacit'e Infraprojects Ltd ("the company") or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 250 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 240 per equity share, aggregating up to Rs.400 crores (the "issue").
