Initial public offer of up to 24,613,024 equity shares of face value Rs.10 each "(equity shares") of Endurance Technologies Ltd ("company "or" issuer") for cash at a price of Rs 472 per equity share including a share premium of Rs 462 per equity equity share, aggregating up to Rs 1161.73 crores, consisting of an offer for sale up to 19,295,968 equity shares by Actis Components & System Investment Ltd ("Actis") and up to 5,317,056 equity shares by Mr. Anurang Jain ("promoter selling shareholder") (colletively, the "selling shareholders") (The "offer for sale" or the offer"). The offer shall constitute up to 17.50% of the fully diluted post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The Offer price : Rs.472 per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each The Offer price is 47.20 times of the face value.
