Public issue of 65,84,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Supreme Engineering Limited ("company" or "issuer") for Cash at a price of Rs. 27 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 17 per equity share) ("offer price"), aggregating to Rs. 17.78 Crores ("the issue") consisting of fresh issue of 65,76,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 17.76 Crores ("fresh issue") and an offer for sale of 8,000 equity shares by Mrs. Lalita Chowdhri ("promoter selling shareholder") aggregating to Rs. 0.02 Crores ("offer for sale"). The issue comprises of 3,32,000 equity shares of face value Rs.10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 27 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 0.90 Crores which will be Reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 62,52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 27 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 16.88 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.31% and 25.01% respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs.10 each and the issue price is 2.7 times of the face value.
