Public issue of 1,07,69,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity shares") of Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Limited (The "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 65 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 55 per equity share) aggregating upto Rs. 70.00 crores consisting of fresh issue of 87,42,611 equity shares aggregating upto Rs. 56.83 crores (the "fresh issue") and an offer for sale of upto 2,026,589 equity shares by the selling shareholders aggregating upto Rs. 13.17 crores (The "offer for sale" and The "Fresh issue". The issue would constitute 35.64% of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Issue Price : Rs. 65 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The Issue Price is 6.5 times the face value.
