Public issue of 45,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each of MMP Industries Limited ("the company" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 188 per equity share ("issue price") (including a share premium of Rs. 178 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 84.60 crores ("the issue"). of the issue, 2,25,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 4.23 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 42,75,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each at an issue price of Rs. 188 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 80.37 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.57% and 25.24%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of equity shares is Rs.10 each and the issue price is Rs.188 is 18.80 times of the face value.
