Initial public offering of 17,670,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of MSTC Limited ("the company") through an offer for sale by the President of India, acting through the ministry of steel, Government of India (the "selling shareholder") for cash at a price* of Rs. 120 per equity share (the "offer price"), aggregating to Rs. 211.04 Crores (the "offer"), The offer Includes a reservation of up 70,400 equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.81 Crores for subcription by eligible Employees for allocation and allotment on a proportionate basis to the eligible employees (as defined below), ("employee reservation portion"). The offer less employee reservation portion, if any, is referred to as the net offer. will constitute 25.10% and 25% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company respectively. Offer Price: Rs.120 per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each. The Offer Price is 12 times of the face value of the equity shares. *A discount of Rs. 5.50 per equity share on the offer price may be offered to the retail individual bidders ("retail discount") and a discount of Rs. 5.50 per equity share on the offer price may be offered to the eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion ("employee discount").
