Initial public offering of up to 17,652,090@ equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each ("Equity Shares") of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited (the "Company" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs.[*] per equity share (including a premium of Rs.[*] per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs.[*] crores (by way of an offer for sale of up to 17,652,090@ equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each aggregating up to Rs.[*] crores (the "Offer for Sale" and such initial public offering, the "Offer") by Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited ("Promoter Selling Shareholder" and such equity shares, the "Offered Shares").
