Initial Public Offering of 87,719,297 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited ("company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 570 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 560 per equity share) ("offer price") aggregating to Rs. 5000 Crores comprising a fresh issue of 26,315,789 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1500 Crores ("fresh issue") and an offer for sale of 61,403,508 equity shares by Niyogi Enterprise Private Limited ("promoter selling shareholder") aggregating to Rs. 3500 Crores ("offered shares") ("offer for sale", and together with the fresh issue, the "offer"). The offer constitutes 24.56% of the post-offer paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the Equity Shares is Rs. 10 each and the Offer Price was 57 Times of the face value of the Equity Shares. Offer Price : Rs. 570 per Equity share of face value of Rs. 10 Each. The Issue Price is 57 times of the face value.
