The company will set up its Gujarat unit for serving the Suzuki's plant in Gujarat by H1 FY'18. The plant will serve the moulding requirements of Suzuki which will sell its cars to Maruti and also will export.
The company has already started supply to Honda Motorcycles.
The commercial sale for SML Isuzu for the CV will commence from H1 FY'18 onwards. The company aims to further penetrate to SML Isuzu and Isuzu's product lines including Isuzu's small cars and ultra large buses.
The company is currently working on 17 new models which will be developed by the OEM passenger car manufacturers and most of which will be launched from H2 FY'18.
The company will also start supplying to the Eon and I10 models of Hyundai from H2 FY'18 onwards.
After setback for Honda in Sep'16 and Dec'16 quarters, Honda is doing well with New Honda City car.
Despite a total capex of around Rs 30 crore for FY'18, the company aims to pay further Rs 7 crore of debt in FY'18 and will bring down the overall debt. Almost entire capex will be from internal accruals.
Tooling business for entire FY'17 stood at around Rs 30 crore and management expects the same will continue for FY'18 as well.
Overall H2 FY'18 will be better than H1 FY'18.
