2G scam case: A Raja granted bail

The Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court today, 15 May 2012 granted bail to the former Telecom Minister A Raja in the 2G spectrum allocation scam case. He is expected to leave the Tihar jail today.

A Raja, who has been in jail since February 2011 for his alleged involvement in the scam, is the last one of the 14 individuals co-accused in the case to get bail. All others have already been granted bail by the apex court.
