2G case: Special CBI Court likely to hear Raja bail plea today

The Special CBI court trying the 2G Spectrum allocation scam case is expected to hear the bail application of former Telecom Minister A Raja, who is currently behind the bars for his alleged involvement in the scam.

A Raja applied for bail on the grounds of parity saying that all the others co-accused in the case have been granted bail. Telecom Secretary Siddharth Behura was the last to have been granted bail by the apex court which prompted Raja to apply for his first bail application.
