2G case: Delhi Court likely to hear A Raja's bail plea today

A Delhi Court, today, 11 May 2012 is expected to hear the bail plea of the Former Telecom Minister A Raja, who is in jail for his alleged involvement in the 2G Spectrum license allocation scam.

Raja filed the bail plea soon after the Supreme Court on Wednesday, 9 May 2012 granted bail to the former Telecom Secretary Siddhartha Bahura, who is also facing trial in the same case. Raja filed for the bail claiming that all the other 13 co-accused in the case has been granted bail. The apex court in return issued a notice to the CBI and sought its reply by 11 May 2012.
