CFF Fluid Control and TKMS form joint venture to support India’s defence manufacturing

CFF Fluid Control Limited announced that its board approved a binding joint venture agreement with TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH to advance India’s “Make in India” initiative through local manufacturing, system integration, and through-life support for anti-submarine warfare. The joint venture, to be named TKMS CFF Defence Systems Private Limited, will be held 51% by CFF Fluid Control and 49% by TKMS.
