Maxgrow India Limited informed the BSE that Mr. Amarjit Kumar Shrivastav resigned as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director with effect from the closing business hours on November 6, 2026, due to personal and unavoidable reasons, also relinquishing his memberships in the Audit Committee, Nomination Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Risk Management Committee of the company.
