Nirmitee Robotics promoter Shende transfers shares, increasing holding to 23.60% of capital

Nirmitee Robotics India Limited disclosed that Padma Kartik Shende, a promoter of the company, executed an inter-se transfer of 6,102 equity shares on November 6, 2026, resulting in a post-acquisition holding of 8,50,002 equity shares, representing 23.60% of the issued and paid-up capital. The disclosure was made in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and submitted to the BSE Limited.
