Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited allotted equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited announced that its Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 1,24,732 equity shares, comprising 62,366 shares from the exercise of vested stock options and 62,366 bonus shares issued in a 1:1 ratio, under the company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015. The allotment, with an exercise price of Rs 1 per option, increased the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 11,76,08,856 to Rs 11,77,33,588, and the equity shares rank pari-passu with existing shares.
