Ahluwalia Contracts board will meet November 14th to review quarterly financial results

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd will hold a board meeting on Saturday, 14th November 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th September 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, and Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, following an earlier intimation dated 29th September 2026.
