Advit Jewels Limited, formerly Advit Jewels Private Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, "BARIQUE Jewels Private Limited," in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The new company will be engaged in designing, manufacturing, sourcing, trading, marketing, distribution, and sale of designer jewelry and related products, with Advit Jewels Limited subscribing to 100% of the initial paid-up share capital of Rs 10,00,000.
