IDFC FIRST Bank allocates shares to employees via stock options program, regulatory filing shows

IDFC FIRST Bank Limited has allotted 35,45,636 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees upon the exercise of stock options under the ‘IDFC FIRST Bank - ESOS’, according to a regulatory filing on November 6, 2026. The allotment increases the bank’s issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 86,24,82,56,530 comprising 8,62,48,25,653 equity shares to Rs 86,28,37,12,890 comprising 8,62,83,71,289 equity shares.
