United Drilling Tools Ltd. will hold a board meeting on November 14, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, for the fiscal year 2026-27, and to consider a limited review report from statutory auditors. The board will also approve a material related party transaction with the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary and a postal ballot notice to obtain shareholder approval for the transaction; the trading window for the company’s securities will remain closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
