Abhishek Gilara received a gift of 7.78 million shares, now holding 16.979% of Advit Jewels

Abhishek Gilara has reported an inter-se transfer of 7,778,430 equity shares of Rs 10 each in Advit Jewels Limited from Vipul Gilara, both of whom are promoters and part of the same family. The transaction, which occurred on October 16, 2026, was reported to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under Regulation 10(7) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeover) Regulations, 2011, and involved no consideration as it was a gift. Following the transfer, Abhishek Gilara holds 16.979% of Advit Jewels Limited.
