India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. will hold Audit Committee and Board Meetings on November 12, 2026, at 1500 hours and 1530 hours respectively, to discuss and approve the un-audited financial results (consolidated and standalone) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The trading window for designated persons and insiders of the company has been closed since October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours from the declaration of the un-audited financial results.
