Shadowfax Technologies Limited allotted shares to employees, raising equity capital by Rs 1.76 crore

Shadowfax Technologies Limited announced the allotment of 17,61,552 equity shares to eligible employees under the Shadowfax Technologies Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2016, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 5,86,99,20,880 comprising 58,69,92,088 equity shares to Rs 5,88,75,36,400 comprising 58,87,53,640 equity shares. The exercise price per option was Rs 10, and the company realized Rs 1,76,15,520 from the exercise of options, which included adjustments for the issuance of bonus equity shares.
