Poonawalla Fincorp secures approval to issue debentures up to Rs 500 crore on BSE

Poonawalla Fincorp Limited announced it has received approval from its Finance Committee to issue secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures of face value Rs 100,000 each, for an amount aggregating up to Rs 500,00,00,000 through a private placement to eligible investors, to be listed on BSE Limited.
