CFF Fluid Control and TKMS form joint venture to support India’s defence manufacturing

CFF Fluid Control Limited announced that its board approved a binding joint venture agreement with TKMS ALTAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH to advance India’s “Make in India” initiative through local manufacturing, system integration, and through-life support for anti-submarine warfare, establishing TKMS CFF Defence Systems Private Limited. CFF Fluid Control will hold 51% of the joint venture, while TKMS will hold 49%.
