Sejal Glass Limited to acquire Magnumtuff India’s glass business in Karnataka for Rs 40.80 crore

Sejal Glass Limited announced it has approved a business transfer agreement with Magnumtuff India Private Limited to acquire their architectural and automotive glass business located in Karnataka for a cash consideration of Rs 40.80 crore. The acquisition, expected to be completed on or before November 30, 2026, will enable Sejal Glass Limited to expand its glass business and establish an additional manufacturing facility in South India, complementing its existing network and creating operational synergies. Magnumtuff India Private Limited reported an operating revenue of Rs 36.20 crore during the financial year 2025-26.
