Jainco Projects to convene a board meeting November 14 to review quarterly results

Jainco Projects (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at its registered office to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window for designated persons remains closed until 48 hours after the results are disclosed to the stock exchanges.
