Dharti Proteins shareholders approved bonus shares to meet public shareholding requirements

Dharti Proteins Limited held its 01st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on Friday, 06th November, 2026, via Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), where shareholders approved a proposal to issue bonus shares to comply with Minimum Public Shareholding requirements under rule 19A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957 and regulation 38 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
