Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that there was no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through a preferential allotment of Rs 25 crore on July 21, 2026, and a preferential allotment of Rs 66.25 crore on August 13, 2026, according to a filing on November 6, 2026.
