Swan Engitech pledged shares worth Rs 764.30 crore to secure Rs 1,150 crore for a group entity

Swan Engitech Works Private Limited disclosed to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has pledged 3,35,00,000 shares, representing 10.69% of the total share capital of Swan Corp Limited, as security for a financial facility obtained by a group entity. The value of the pledged shares is Rs 764.30 crore, and the borrowing amount is Rs 1,150 crore. IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited is the entity holding the shares in favor of the lender, National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID).
