BEML Ltd share price dropped 6.08% to Rs 1995.1 after the company's net profit tumbled by 221.92% to Rs 32.93 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 45.39% to Rs 1191.61 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Construction Vehicles industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 37198.53 crore, gaining 5.39%. It has marginally improved by 5.49% over last one week and moved up slightly by 4.64% in last one month while the market capitalization of BEML Ltd has inched up 0.39% and 11.55% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of BEML Ltd stood at Rs 47.3 crore in Q3 FY26, slipping 5.96% year-on-year, and nosediving by 240.31% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 73 crore, climbing 10.98% YoY and jumping 17802.44% sequentially.
Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 35.01% to Rs 1135.48 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 723.99 crore, soaring by 68.90% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 218.66 crore, improving by 7.91% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tick up 8.16% to Rs 4350.53 crore, while net profit plunged by 51.68% to Rs 141.36 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 49309% to Rs 269.55 crore, and PBT collapsed by 50.57% to Rs 199.56 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 118.23 crore in FY26, as against Rs 98.94 crore in FY25.
BEML Ltd ticked higher by 0.25% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 4.80% during the same period.
