Eiko LifeSciences forms joint venture with Oval Projects for renewable energy in India

Eiko LifeSciences Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Eiko Scientific Solutions LLP, will form a joint venture with Oval Projects Engineering Limited to incorporate Oval Eiko Resources Private Limited, with each company holding 50% of the share capital. The new company, based in India, will focus on renewable energy and compressed biogas production and distribution, with an initial proposed capital of Rs 250,000, where Eiko Scientific Solutions LLP will subscribe to 25000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
