Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Limited announced that its board approved the closure of a qualified institutions placement of 1,19,99,847 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 125 per share, with a discount of Rs 2.01 to the floor price of Rs 127.01 per share, according to a circular resolution passed on November 5, 2026.
