Riwind Green Energy alters its Memorandum of Association to focus on renewable energy verticals

Riwind Green Energy Limited, formerly known as CMX Holdings Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the alteration of Clause III(A) and Clause III(B) of the Memorandum of Association, replacing fourteen existing Main Objects with six consolidated Main Objects to align with the company’s business verticals including solar power development, engineering, procurement and construction, hybrid renewable energy, and renewable-energy-powered data-centre infrastructure, subject to member approval.
